Tell us about the space
Fill in the quote form with the rooms you want to cool or heat, your postcode and how you would like to pay. It takes about two minutes.

Free site survey
We look at the rooms, the walls, where the outdoor unit can go and the electrical supply, then recommend the right system. There is no charge and no obligation.

Your fixed monthly price
You get one monthly price covering everything, plus an outright price if you want to compare. The monthly plan is arranged through a leasing agreement, subject to status.

Installation
We fit the system at a time that suits you, including evenings and weekends for businesses. Most single-room installs take a day. We test it and show you how to use it.

Servicing and repairs, covered
We book in an annual service for every unit. If something stops working during the plan, parts and labour are covered.
What happens at the survey
A survey usually takes under an hour for a small site. We check:
The route
Where the indoor units, outdoor unit, pipework and condensate drain can go, so the install is neat and the system runs quietly.
Power and permissions
The electrical supply, and anything that needs landlord, freeholder or planning consent, such as listed buildings or conservation areas.
At the end of the plan
Plans usually run for 60 months. Before the term ends we contact you to talk through your options, which include continuing with your current system or moving onto a new one. Nothing changes automatically without a conversation first.
